Evan Powell, an up and coming professional mountain biker and student at the University of British Colombia was selected in July to join the USA Cycling Team and attend the mountain biking World Championships in Quebec. Set with the lofty goal of raising $2,000 to cover his flight and expenses, Mundi is partnering with Evan to send him to the worlds. Three cutting board designs are being specially produced for this venture, each one still handmade, hand designed, and fabricated by Mundi’s skilled artisans.
